Event Overview

The North American Hazardous Materials Management Association (NAHMMA) is a professional organization dedicated to pollution prevention and reduction of hazardous materials entering municipal waste streams from households and small businesses.  The Florida Chapter Workshop provides training and education for the Household Hazardous Waste, Small Quantity Generator and Storage Tanks Programs in Flordia's 67 counties.  This once-a-year critical networking opportunity brings together hazardous waste professionals, buyers, and industry leaders from the state of Florida.

Exhibitor Location: Exhibitor space locations are assigned on a first come basis (layout on next page).

Exhibitor Booth: Each 10' by 10' booth consists of a skirted table with an 8' back wall and 3' high side dividers, 7" by 44" booth identification sign, trash can and 2 chairs.

Door Prizes: To encourage the participants to migrate and stay in the Exhibit Hall during the breaks and lucheons, at the end of each break or lunch we will pull a ticket to give away a door prize. The winner must be present to win. We ask that exhibitors donate a small item with a value of $50 or more for the door prizes. We will announce who donated the items and display them at the beginning of the conference. This will be an added value to your sponsorship by increased recognition and advertisement during the conference as well as encouraging conference attendees engaged throughout the conference and encourage individuals to engage with all the exhibitors.

Recyclable Give-away items: Please consider purchasing recycled content, recyclable, compostable or reusable items for your booth promotional items.

Electrical and Internet: Wifi is complimentary. Electricity is available for $10/day (form below for download)

Hotel Reservations: A block of rooms has been reserved for the 2020 NAHMMA Florida Chapter Workshop. To reserve your oom at the special discount rate of $149 (standard rooms) and $159 (Coastal View Room) plus 7% state tax and 5% local tax, call Reservations at 1-877-701-9252. The reference code for your group is NAH. Please note that the cutoff date for this special discount rate is 5 pm SET on April 20, 2020.

Security: The exhibition area may not be fully secured. Do not leave valuables unattended.

Deliveries: Arrangements for delivery of packages should be made through the Sales and Catering office. Exhibitor must notify hotel at least one week in advance. Each package sent ot the hotel must include the name of the exhibitor, exhibitor's arrival date at the workshop, the number of items contained in the package. Each package should arrive no earlier than 3 days before the arrival date. Shipments from the hotel must be made by May 11. No charge for up to (5) packages less than twenty pounds each. Receiving, handling and storage charges may apply for shipments of 6 or more packages or shipments weighing over the twenty pound per package weight limit.
