Sponsor Registration

  • Supporting Sponsor – $800.00
    This package includes registration for one individual, a small ad in the conference program, and a vendor table.

  • Sustaining Sponsor – $1,300.00
    This package includes registration for two individuals, a large ad in the conference program, and a vendor table.


Greetings Potential Sponsor:

The North American Hazardous Materials Management Association (NAHMMA) Northwest Chapter would like to extend an invitation to your organization to sponsor our Chapter Conference at the brand new Hyatt Regency in Portland, Oregon, April 21-22, 2020.

Conference registrations that are part of the sponsorship package allow participation in all conference sessions as well as meals, for one person at the Supporting level, and two at the Sustaining level. We encourage sponsors to join in the conference activities!

Our program will include traditional 3-speaker panels, as well as more interactive sessions designed to facilitate discussion of problems and solutions in our industry. Topic areas will include: collection operations, education/behavior change, business outreach and assistance, product stewardship and chemical policy, and more.

Display tables:

Vendor tables will be located in the Hyatt ballroom where meals are served and plenary sessions are held, pipe and drape will be provided. Vendor displays are to be set up prior to the opening session on Tuesday, April 21st, takedown after lunch Wednesday, April 22nd. We will have a vendor reception from 5 to 7 pm on Tuesday, April 21st, we ask that sponsors are present at their table during this reception time.
