Event Overview

The North American Hazardous Materials Management Association (NAHMMA) is a professional organization dedicated to pollution prevention and reduction of hazardous materials entering municipal waste streams from households and small businesses. The Florida Chapter Workshop provides training and education for the Household Hazardous Waste, Small Quantity Generator and Storage Tanks Programs. It is a critical networking opportunity bringing together hazardous waste professionals, buyers, and industry leaders from the state of Florida.

Vendor Location: Vendor space locations are assigned on a first come basis; the layout is attached.

 

Electrical: Please send any requests for electricity to Nick Haralambou, Sight and Sound AV at Nharalambou@ssav.net or (904) 645-7880 by April 15, 2016. Applicable fees will apply.

Recyclable Give-away items: Please consider purchasing recycled content, recyclable, compostable or reusable items for your booth promotional items.

Door Prizes: Please consider bringing a door prize for NAHMMA to present to workshop attendees.

Tables and Chairs: Each booth consists of a skirted table and two (2) chairs.

Security: The DoubleTree Ballroom may not be fully secured. Do not leave valuables unattended.

Shipping: If you need to ship your exhibit display booth and boxes to the DoubleTree, please address them as follows:

Boxes will not be accepted more than four (4) days prior to the event. To ensure proper delivery, the information above must be included on all boxes shipped to the hotel. All shipment in excess of five (5) boxes will incur a $10.00 per box handling fee.

Any materials shipped upon the conclusion of the event are the responsibility of the sponsor. These materials must be properly packaged and labeled appropriately and include all proper destination information including shipping account numbers. Please schedule a pickup with your courier.

Note: Booths must be removed from the DoubleTree Hotel by Thursday, May 5th at 11:30 a.m.
